Koi Shui Aquatics

Koi Shui Aquatics guarantees all koi fish purchased from us to arrive alive and in perfect health.  If any fish ordered from us, does not arrive alive and/or healthy you must notify us by phone or email withiin 4 hours of arrival of shipment. Koi Shui Aquatics is not responsible for customers pond water quality (ie. ph, nitrates, nitrites, ammonia, insuffcient oxygen levels, parasistes, viruses, bacteria) and/or indaquate acclimation.  In the event of an arrival of a dead koi we will replace the koi at no charge or refund your money at our discretion. A minimum order of $300 without shipping is required. Shipping is sent next day air. Shipping rates vary from state to state.  No returns are accepted.
